Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

This video course aims to support you in using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to better manage unhelpful thoughts and emotions you may have in relation to your prostate cancer with practical tools.

The course consists of 12 successive short video clips you can view at your own pace. The course has been designed to make it easy for you to build your understanding and skills step-by-step. After completing the first session you will have access to the next video.
